I'm Heather Bauer, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 20+ years of experience and thousands of clients, many of whom came to me after Weight Watchers, Noom, or a string of insurance dietitians that never quite clicked.
What I've learned is that the people who struggle most aren't the ones without willpower. They're the ones who've been handed generic systems when they needed a real strategy built around their actual life.
I work one-on-one with every client. I don't hand you off. I don't rotate you through a team. You get me — directly — via Zoom sessions and text support between appointments, so when you're staring down a menu at a work dinner or hitting a wall at week three, you have someone in your corner who knows your history and can help you in real time.
