I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience helping women navigate weight changes, life transitions, and their relationship with food.

I’ve worked with many women throughout pregnancy who want to feel confident they’re nourishing their bodies and their babies appropriately. My approach is grounded in evidence-based nutrition, while always considering real life, changing symptoms, and individual needs.
