About Me
I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience and thousands of clients. I've spent most of my career working with women of all ages who want to lose weight and feel better without extremes or rigid plans. I'm the author of Bread Is the Devil, The Wall Street Diet, and The Food Fix, and my work has been featured in national media outlets from The New York Times to CNN.
