I work with women who are experiencing weight gain during menopause or perimenopause and feel like what used to work no longer does.

Most of my clients are busy, successful women who:

  • Have tried dieting, programs, or “doing everything right”

  • Want expert guidance they can trust

  • Prefer a personalized, high-touch approach

  • Are looking for real change, not another reset

Who This Is Not For

I don’t offer insurance-based care, group programs, or quick fixes.
I also don’t prescribe or promote weight loss medications.

Why Menopause Requires a Different Approach

Menopause is not a failure of willpower. It’s a physiological shift that changes how your body responds to food, stress, sleep, and exercise.

During menopause, many women experience:

I hold you accountable to the plan through daily text check-ins. You can also text me anytime with questions, like “I’m going to restaurant X tonight. What should I order?”

I’ve been a registered dietitian since 2001 and have spent over 20 years helping women achieve sustainable weight loss and better health.

My work has been featured on CNN, The Today Show, and in The New York Times, and I’m the author of multiple best-selling books on nutrition and weight loss.

More importantly, I’ve worked with thousands of women privately, helping them move through midlife with confidence, clarity, and a healthier relationship with food.

How I’m different.

There are many nutrition programs available today. Most are built for scale.

My practice is intentionally different:

  • I limit the number of clients I work with

  • I provide direct, ongoing support

  • I design plans around your life, not an app
