Between sessions, you have my direct number. Send me a restaurant menu before you go out, and I'll tell you exactly what to order. Forget to log your food? I'll notice and reach out. This isn't a chatbot or a portal, it's me, checking in, keeping you honest, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Most clients say this is what finally makes the difference.

I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience and thousands of clients. I've spent most of my career working with women in midlife who want to lose weight and feel better without extremes or rigid plans. I'm the author of Bread Is the Devil, The Wall Street Diet, and The Food Fix, and my work has been featured in national media outlets from The New York Times to CNN.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all. I believe in learning how you actually live and building a plan that works inside that life — not outside it.
