I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with over 20 years of experience helping women navigate weight loss, major life transitions, and long-term nutrition with confidence. I’ve guided thousands of women to sustainable successworked with thousands of women, have written two best-selling diet and nutrition books, and my nutrition advice has been featured in most major news outlets.
I work one-on-one with my clients and provide high-touch, concierge-level support. My approach is practical, personalized, and designed to fit real life, not rigid rules or quick fixes.
