  • Choose your desired appointment time
  • Create your account, select the program you want, and checkout

FOR EXISTING CLIENTS:

  • Select "Follow-Up"in the appointment type pull-down below.
  • Choose your desired appointment time
  • Log in to your account and follow the instructions (use the "Need New Password" option if you forgot!)
  • If you don't have an active package, you can purchase one online. Package options for existing clients are here)

FAQs

What's your cancellation policy? Appointments cancelled within 24-business hours of the scheduled time are billed in full.

Do you accept insurance? No. But we will provide a bill with ICD-9 and CPT codes that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Can I see Heather in person? Heather almost exclusively offers coaching by phone/live video. If you would like to set up a time to meet her in her NYC office. Please inquire.

Will Heather come to my home or office? Unfortunately not. Heather has found that house calls reduce success rate.

Do I need blood work? Bloodwork is helpful if you have it but not a requirement. 

I have dietary restrictions (i.e. celiac). Will Heather work with me? Yes. Heather will customize your meal plan around your tastes, preferences, and dietary restrictions.

Do I need to purchase my program before booking my appointment? Yes
