Heather is a nationally recognized nutrition expert, author and entrepreneur. She’s the author of two best selling books, The Wall Street Diet and Bread is the Devil, and has a nutrition training clinic in New York City, which she founded in 2001. Heather is also the founder of Bestowed (bestowed.com), the leading platform for healthy-product discovery. She contributes to major outlets from The New York Times to Good Morning America, and leads seminars to corporate groups such as Goldman Sachs and Estee Lauder, among many others.
